Original Paintings and Rugs by Irene Stocks

Based in East Anglia since 1980, Irene studied Fine Art at Leeds University in the 1960's and went on to a long career in the visual arts, specialising in Modern British Art. Her work is characterised by strong colour and composition.

Irene paints mainly in acrylics, makes dramatic rugs and wall-hangings, and has undertaken a number of large mural commissions.
